Campaign Assistant - QTech Games

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Assistant to join our Marketing/Campaign team. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone eager to start a career in digital marketing and campaign operations. You will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns across our platforms and partners, working closely with Campaign Executives and the Campaign Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Setup:
Assist with the creation and setup of campaigns, including tournaments, banners, newsletters, and terms & conditions
Quality Assurance:
Test campaigns prior to launch to ensure functionality, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards
Documentation:
Keep shared files updated with campaign details, client information, and promotional assets
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. design, content, account management) to gather necessary materials
Follow-Up & Communication:
Monitor implementation of campaigns on partner platforms and follow up to ensure correct placement and execution
Growth & Process Improvement:
Participate in team training, propose workflow optimizations, and take initiative to improve campaign efficiency

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
A general understanding of online promotions for iGaming
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Team player with a positive, proactive, solution-oriented attitude
